We all love makeup but who couldn’t use a great tip every now and then. Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist to the stars Charles Dujic shares with us the inside scoop on how to achieve an amazing sultry look.

The New Smokey Eye

Instead of doing a smokey eye with the usual blacks and browns, try experimenting with color. You can achieve a much more modern version of the smokey eye this way.

For example: Take a shimmery bronze tone and work it around the eye. Blend out above the crease towards the brow bone, and depending on the shape of your eye, go under as well.

Play around with the shadowing. If you extend it out towards the temples you get a more cat like eye.

However the main point here is to experiment with color. You can also line your eye with a complimentary colored pencil to create even a more dramatic effect.
