Shiny Mama Beauty’s Snow Queen Collection delivers with the kind of shimmer and shine Liz Taylor would be proud of.

  

About the Brand: Yana Chupenko, makeup artist/entrepreneur by day and rock and roll star by night, is the mastermind behind the new cosmetic line named after her punk band, Shiny Mama. Using her years of experience as Director of Product Development for the now defunct Tony and Tina line, along with her passion for all things glamorous and rock and roll, Yana has created a line so fetching, friends may steal it from your boudoir. She calls it “Edgy New Romanticism” and whatever it is, we think it rocks!

 

Why We Love It

What girl doesn’t love a little glitter or shimmer? The products are fun and versatile. They can be used in so many ways it’s mind boggling. It’s totally on trend, and the packaging is fun and playful too. The sponge applicator on the shimmer all is new and very practical and we especially love the tiny crystal encrusted spoon that comes with the Glitter Alls (so cute!).

 

Current Obsessions: Right now, we are loving the Shimmer All in Ice. We’ve been using it as a highlighter on our brow bones and cheeks for that perfect glow. It’s also great if you dab just a tiny bit in the corners of your eyes to brighten, or just above the center of your lip to make it appear fuller. We’re also loving both Glitter All’s as a glitter liner (try putting a little clear lip balm on the brush first so the glitter will line and stay nicely on your eye). The Glitter All in Snow is also great to add over a dark charcoal smoky eye for extra glitz.
